I made the difficult decision to move my wonderful mare to Holly's yard last year as I couldn't care for her any more at home. Flo has been so loved and beautifully cared for from the moment she arrived. She's very settled and happy and loves having lots of gorgeous calm horses around. The staff are all so helpful. Flo has to have lots of extra feeds to keep her weight up having dodgy old age teeth and nothing is too much trouble. Holly always lets me know if there are any problems and we can work them out together. The whole place always has a wonderfully peaceful atmosphere and horses seem to relax and settle very quickly. I'm so lucky to have found this special place for Flo.

Maesy has been at Back on Track with Holly and her Team since May and has flourished and totally chilled since being there. She is loving the outdoor life and peacefulness of the yard. Holly is amazing and knows all the horses needs individually and knows straight away just by looking if they are not right and is straight on it! Totally recommend for anyone thinking of giving their horse a great home!

I spent many sleepless nights wondering how I was going to retire my horse, who has various special needs and is high maintenance to look after. Back on Track is perfect for him, they will adjust his care according to how he is and Holly and her team do a brilliant job of coping with the curve balls he throws at them. It suits him perfectly and he is so much happier than he has ever been.

Never had my horse so well cared for and I’ve never seen my boy so happy! It’s so nice to just see him act like an horse again after many years of being stables! Always filled in about my horse often with phone calls if I’m nervous about him! Holly always makes time for me when I come visit and all the grooms are so lovely! Could not recommend enough

Milo had been suffering with severe leg stiffness, was on bute, box rest or a small pen where walking was limited. He was diagnosed with advanced arthritis in his stiffle joint, the pain got so bad he could hardly walk and the outlook was bleak. Milo arrived at Hollys at the beginning of March 22 for rehabilitation, and then track retirement. It was the best decision I could have made for him, Holly and her team turned Milo around, his rehab was gradually increased (in all weathers) videos were sent as well as updates. He looked happy and in such fantastic shape. Holly is so knowledgeable, supportive and non-judgemental (a refreshing change). I feel blessed to have found a place that Milo thrives in, he is happy and well looked after. Holly and her team probably saved his life which I can not thank them or highlight enough.

* Amendment - things changed very quickly when my financial position changed and I had to consider Rehoming my boys / having to put them to sleep. Because my Mum got diagnosed with cancer, and couldn’t work. I was demonised by Holly for being a terrible owner, she suggested I rather just give the horses away (with no guarantee of their welfare at their age). Holly has refused to return the remainder of my deposit (what was left after my notice was taken out of it, this was agreed beforehand). Will be taking legal advice but would absolutely not recommend this place. Owner tried to say she is keeping my deposit because of the emotional distress caused to her, by me considering having my horses put to sleep, with no regard to how hard that decision might have been for me. I hope she’s never in that situation. I will be in touch with representation shortly as I have been blocked on the Facebook pages for asking for my remaining deposit back. The most kind and compassionate yard I have been to. Horses are the absolute priority, and nothing is too much. The first time in years and years that I have not been worried about their care. The track is the perfect place for my little laminitic. Holly doesn't hesitate to bring them in for a rest, or extra TLC, extra food, etc. They are such a kind family run place! You also have total transparency if you follow the Facebook page. I always keep an eye out to spot mine on there and it's so nice not to have to ask for updates. Couldn't recommend more.

Holly literally saved our horses life last year. He ruptured a tendon and needed box rest 24/7 which with our other horses living out and suddenly losing his life long best friend to colic a week later, this was nearly impossible to do. Despite her waiting list Holly gladly took Harry in, and treated him as her own. Picking his favourite herbs every day, making him ice lolly’s, putting fans on him on hot days. He always had friends with him - he particularly loved Alan and Sweetie. He was with Holly for two months recuperating, he came home and increased his turnout and is just about ready to be turned out again, exactly twelve months after the injury. He’ll probably be able to gently be ridden again as well. We are so grateful to Holly and her team for the care and support not just to Harry, but to us as well - I would highly recommend her to anyone considering retirement livery or rehabilitation. Highly recommend back on track. Such a calm and chilled atmosphere and cannot fault the care from Holly and her team. My horse has thrived in the time he spent here.

I cannot thank Holly enough for taking care of my two Ponies for almost two and a half years. Steph and the rest of the girls were amazing, I found them friendly, helpful and always willing to chat if they had the time. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Thank you Holly and your fab team. ❤️

I moved my horse to Back on Track a year ago and it was the best decision I made. He is like a different horse, very relaxed and calm, the happiest I have seen him. Previously at a livery yard, the track offers him the 24hour turn out he needs to manage his back difficulties as well as weight management and living out with other horses as naturally as possible. I never worry about how my boy now he has everything he needs. Thank you so much Holly and your team ❤️ 🐴
